Polugar is a legendary bar on Mezhdunarodnaya Street, where the main stars of the evening are drinks created according to authentic recipes of the XVIII–XIX centuries. More than 20 historical liqueurs, as many distillates and tinctures of all imaginable flavors — from raspberries and cranberries to nectarine and isabella. The bartenders here have developed a unique line of cocktails, but the main feature of the establishment is the "Semi—basic alphabet": you can order not by the glass, but in whole words, making them up from the first letters of the tinctures. A cozy basement with leather sofas, stained glass windows and a metal bar welcomes guests from 20:00 until the morning.
