The total area of the park is about 2 hectares. The road and path network is made of seeding materials from rock crushing products, as well as wood chips. The playgrounds are decorated using tree cuts. The total length of the walking paths is 1.5 km. The territory of the park is conditionally divided into b zones: a quiet recreation area, "Arch", "Mermaid Island". a game area, a photo zone, and an observation deck.
In total, the park has 14 benches, 10 urns, 2 entrance groups, carved sculptures - a mermaid, a snail, a turtle, mushrooms, a duck house, sculptures of beavers, birdhouses and feeders. 2 bridges have been built, a drainage channel has been improved, and a playground has been installed. A bench with information about feeding waterfowl has been installed (with the participation of the Kestrel Bird and Animal Welfare Center). The park's design uses mainly ecological materials - stone and wood.
About 300 additional deciduous and coniferous trees have been planted in the surrounding areas. 3 flower arrangements have been created using perennial flower plants
