It was created in 2023 on a green area along the street.Kazinets, adjacent to the reservoir, with an area of 3.4 hectares. Along the route of the created recreation area there is a botanical natural monument of local importance "Century Alley". Small architectural forms, benches, information stands, and art objects have been installed.
