In 2024, as part of the construction of the recreation area, playgrounds were equipped on an area of 2 hectares and installed: 1 children's playground, 1 sports ground, 2 gazebos, 2 fireplaces, 1 information stand with a map of the facility, art objects "Labyrinth" and "Pencils", as well as 32 sets of benches with urns.
Additionally, 2 staircases and a bridge were repaired. In 2025, as part of the construction of the park, the recreation area was completely renovated: 2 stairs with handrails were erected, paving slabs were laid, and a bridge over the Loshitsa River was fully constructed.
