Bulbashi is a restaurant of modern Belarusian cuisine with its own brewery (on Herzen) or a bar concept (on Svobody) in the center of Minsk. The restaurant offers an author's interpretation of national dishes made from local farm products in a stylish interior without ethnic stereotypes.
